Important information about using the GlobeBridge website and consultancy services.
Consultancy services
GlobeBridge provides travel and visa-support services based on information supplied by clients. Advice and document preparation do not guarantee approval by an embassy, high commission, immigration authority, airline or other third party.
Client responsibility
Clients must provide complete, accurate and genuine information and documents. GlobeBridge may pause or end work where information appears false, misleading or incomplete.
Fees and third-party charges
Consultation and service fees are separate from embassy, application-centre, airline, accommodation, insurance and other third-party charges unless expressly stated in writing.
Portal access
Private client pages are activated only after the required payment has been verified by GlobeBridge. Access is personal and must not be shared.
Privacy and documents
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Sensitive document uploads will only be enabled through the protected portal when the secure backend is active.
